Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of Music Therapy in treatment of inpa tients with cancer. Method: One hundred and eighty-two inpatien ts diagnosed as m alignant tumor were divided into two groups according to 2:1, study group had 12 8 cases, which received music therapy in addition to chemotherapy; control group (54 cases) received chemotherapy only. Both groups were assessed by SAS, SDS a n d HAMD before and after chemotherapy. All of the subjects had the tests of dist r ibution of subgroup of T lymphocytes and of activity of NK. Results: Before chem otherapy, there was no significant difference of the psychological tests and imm unological tests between the two groups. After chemotherapy, study group had fe w er scores in SAS, SDS and HAMD than control group. Their immunological function was also better than that of control. Conclusion: Music therapy is a effective additional therapy in treatment of cancer patients.关键词
