摘要
Abstract
Aim To treat epibulbar diseases by injecting antogenous blood into the space produced by suturing an amnion graft overcornea. Methods The lesion tissue of the oeular surface was clewed under the microscope. Then, cornea and ocular conjunctiva werecovered with amnion which was running sutured with ocular conjunctiva. Autogenous blood was injected into the space resulted betweenthe amnion and the cornea and the blood was left to clot. Resultas Ninety-two patients were treated by this way, including 17 herpessimplex conjunctivitis, 9 bulbous keratitis, 2 corneal fistula, 3 comeal bums, 17 non-septic corneal ulcers, and 4 incision ulcers aftercornea grating. The irritation signs in all patients improved significantly and al1 gave pains disappeared after the operations. After theamnion was removed, comeal epithelial staining was negative. Seventy-nine patients acquired stable ocular surface. No case worsenedaggressively after treatment. Conclusion Autogenous blood injected into the space resulted by suturing the annion over the cornea iseffective to eliminate irritation signs and pain caused by epibulbar diseases and to heal the ocular surface in various epibulbar diseases.So, it can be widely used in clinic.关键词
