Artificial Intelligent has rapidly developed in recent years.Software Agent will play a more and more important role in Electronic Commerce.The paper first points out the concept of Intelligent Electronic Commerce Support System (IESS),and describes its model.Finally,application of the framework to support Electronic commerce and related issues are presented.关键词
