摘要
Abstract
The good corporate governance structure and mechanism is the base of SMEs development. Through designing questionnaires in-eluding articles of enterprises, ownership structure, inside corporate governance structure, managers and stakeholders, the paper analyzes the status in quo and the problems of SMEs corporate governance, pro-rides proposals for improving the level of SMEs corporate governance, guiding its corporate governance practice, further improving the level of scientific decision and cultivating persistent competition advantage.关键词
