Essentials of Process Design of Radial Flow Reactor
摘要
Abstract
Because radial flow reactor has such merits as shorter flow path,lower resistance,smaller catalyst granularity and larger space velocity permitted,it has been abroad used in oil and chemical industry.This article puts forward the essentials of process design of radial flow reactor as follows:(1) choice of two kinds of flow types;(2) design of catalyst sealing;(3) avoid catalyst insufflating into distributor and collector;(4) move reactant heat;(5) uniform distribution of fluid;(6) establish mathematics models.关键词
