Abstract
:It is very complex that buffer component is composed of metaland rubber.It has been designed by experimental formula for many yeas in our country.For the complex buffer component,it is short of theory basis.In this paper,based on studying the components of WH series,BSH3500,ZU2700 and ZW16400,the static stiffness,dynamics stiffness and impact stiffness were obtained using the limited element theory and numerical simulation.Comparing the calculation values and the experimental results,it can be satisfied for the demand of engineering projects.It is established the basis of theory to perfect the exiting experiential formula by theory analysis.关键词
