快速烧成低锆固-液复相乳浊釉的研究
STUDY ON FAST-FIRED LOW ZIRCONIUM SOLID-LIQUID MULTIPHASE OPAQUE GLAZE
摘要
Abstract
Phases and microstructures of glazes designed in K2O- Na2O - MgO- Al2O3 - B2O3 - SiO2 system .were investigated by means of SEM, TEM, EDSand XRD. It was pointed out that large amounts of tiny immiscible liquid droplets dispersed in glaze layers resulted in opacification of glaze surfaces. The influence of little amount of zirconium silicate on the formation of phase separation process was studied. Through optimizing composition design and control of the single fast firing process, solid - liquid multiphase opaque glazes of good comprehensive properties can be produced.关键词
