辐照外源DNA导入番茄研究—D1、D2代分析
Study on Introducing Radiated Exogenous DNA into Tomato——Analysis of D1 and D2 Generation
摘要
Abstract
After exogenous DNA radiated by the γ ray from 60Co introducedinto to mato,the leaf shape of the offering plant not only expressed in D1 generation but also can be conveyed to D2 generation ,And there were significant differe nc es in fruit shape ,fruit size and Vc content between D1 generation and no radi ation group.To verify the effect and its repetition of this method the expeiment of intr oducing radiated exogenous DNA into tomato was repeated.The result showed that i t was same as the last experiment,the dominant genes of normal leaf shape of off e ring plant was expressed in receiving plant from the seedling of D1 generation . Also the genes of leaf shape of wild variety tomato was expressed in D1 genera tion of receptor by using radiated DNA of wild variety as a donor .All mentioned above shows that the method of introducing radiated exogenous DNA into tomato h as desirable effect and repetition,which can be used to facilitate distant hybri dization.关键词
