摘要

Abstract

Coccidiosis caused by Eimeria is a very severa1 globally parasitosis to effect poultry. Now ceccidiosis is sti1l mainly controlled with medication. Owing to the repeated appearance of drug- resistant strains of coccidia, the expebsuve costs of new anticoccidial drug being developed and the serious problems of drug residues in poultry production, the development of vaccine against coccidiosis becomes more important in recent years. A recombinant vaccine gained by recombinant DNA technology was regarded gradually and developed quickly. This paper summarized the development of recombinant cocoidiosis vaccine. In addition, the applying prospect, existing problerm and resolving way of recombinant vaccine were discussed.
