Influence of Oxygen Partial Pressure on Morphology and Optical Properties of ZnO Nanostructures
摘要
Abstract
ZnO nanostructures with different morphologies have been synthesized on Si substrate without any catalysts using a simple thermal evaporation method. The effects of oxygen partial pressure on morphology and optical properties of ZnO nanostructures were investigated. The results confirm that the morphology and optical properties of ZnO nanostructures are strongly influenced by oxygen partial pressure, and nanowires, nanobelts and comb-like structures can be obtained at oxygen partial pressure of 25%, 10%, and 5%, respectively. The X-ray diffraction pattern of these nanostructures shows a hexagonal wurtzite structure and a c-axis orientation. The optical properties have been revealed by photoluminescence spectra.关键词
