Abstract
Up to now,the problem of adding the peasants' income is not solved validly.We consider the essential obstacle is the slowing down of the increasing of the peasants' income. The reason is that the contrast of the industry and the agricure becomes stronger and stronger and is caused essentially by the excess investment to the city and deficient investment to the agriculture. The paper puts forward by analyzing that the key of solving the problem of adding the peasants' income and starting up the rural market is prosecuting the productive invesment to the peasants directly,adjusting the rural industrial structure and rebuilding the market.关键词
