摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of patient-eontrdled analgesia(PCA) of intravenous with epidunral sufentanil.Methods Ninety-six patients undergoing ordinary hysterectomy were randomly allocated to patient-controlled intravenous analyesia (PCIA) group (n=48) and patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) group (n=48), The PCA solution consists of sufentanil 150mg and NS 97mL,The Background in fusion 2mL/mg,bohs 0.5mL,loekout time 15min.The severity of pain,incidence of nausea and vomiting,total dosage of sufentanil usded in 24h,and patient's satisfaition were assessed. Results The total dosage of sufentanil administered,the times of temporarily pressing the PCA key and the postoperative pain scores were significantly lower in the PCIA group than those in the PCEA group,Between two groups,there was no signigicant lower in the overall satisfaction rate of pain relief, sedation and vomiting. Conclusion PCIA with sufentanil is better than PCEA with it for postoperative pain relief.关键词
