Abstract
This article makes a research on establishing the Internet company's demand model on venture capital on the basis of the dynamic relationship between the different operation stages of Internet company and the investment scale of venture capital. This model provides a quantitative analyzing method to decide how much venture capital should be invested into Internet company in the light of Internet company's development stage.关键词
