内脏不适与甜味刺激对大鼠孤束核神经元激活的相互作用
Interactions of visceral malaise and sweet taste in neuronal activation of rat nucleus tractus solitarius

Abstract
Aim To observe effects of visceral malaise and sweet taste alone and combined respectively in activation of correlated neurons in nucleus tractus solitarius(NTS) and provide morphological data for information processing of visceral and gustatory sensation in NTS.Methods 16 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups by drawing lots and different stimulations were given.Treatment group 1(T1):intragastric infusion of LiCl+ intraoral infusion of saccharin(I/G LiCl+ I/O Sac); T2: intragastric infusion of LiCl + intraoral infusion of distilled water(I/G LiCl+ I/O Water); T3: intragastric infusion of distilled water+ intraoral infusion of saccharin(I/G Water+ I/O Sac); Control group(C4):intragastrically infusion of distilled water+ intraorally infusion of distilled water(I/G Water+ I/O Water).Expression of FOS protein at different regions of rostro-caudal extend in rat NTS was observed by immunohistochemical staining technique.Results Compared with T4,expression of FOS protein at five regions of rostro-caudal extend in rat NTS as increased in T1( P1=0.001, P2=0.000, P3=0.000, P4=0.002, P5=0.002) ;T2( P1=0.049, P2=0.001, P3=0.021; P4=0.002; P5=0.001) and T3( P1=0.005, P2=0.000, P3=0.031, P4=0.002, P5=0.000) .Combined stimulation showed an interaction on expression of FOS protein in peripheral caudal visceral region(N2)and rostral taste region(N4,N5) in NTS(F2=11.87, P2< 0.01; F4=6.83, P4< 0.05; F5=12.81, P5< 0.01).Conclusion Visceral malaise and sweet taste play an interaction in activation of rat NTS.关键词
