10年前后躁狂发作患者治疗比较分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the present status of drug treatment and ECT in patients with manic episode. Methods The patients with manic episode were reviewed in 1998～1999 and 1988～1989. Results As compared with those in 1998～1999 and 1988～1989,there were decrease in usage rate and dosage of lithium carbonate(P＜0. 01). The combination rate of lithium carbonate and chlopromazine,haloperilol,or ECT was decreased(P＜0.01). The combination rate of lithium carbonate and clozpaine was increased(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The usage of lithium carbonate in patients with manic episode was not still standard now. Lithium carbonate combined with clozapine was main method in the treatment of patients with manic episode.关键词
