慢性阻塞性肺病病人行呼吸锻炼的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
To probe into respiratory training affecting on pu lmonaryfunction of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), 48 cases of COPD com plicated with moderate ventilation disturbances were selected. And all patients were in stable condition. They had carried out respiratory training under the guidance of doctors outside the hospital. Three months later, their pulmonary func tion was checked and blood-gas analysis was done. Result showed that after respi ratory training, main indexes such as ventilation function, blood-gas analysis o f patients were improved obviously. Suggested that COPD patients in stable stage insist on respiratory training may improve pulmonary function, lessen the times of acute attacking, and delay the progress of illness.关键词
