Comparision between autonomic and reflex systolic pressure of sphinct er ani externus

Abstract
Objective To compare the difference between au tonomic and reflex systolic pressure of sphincter ani externus，quantitively.Methods A small water bag linked to KLP-V30 intelligent measure of phys iologic pressure was inserted into anal canal of examinees. 50 cases of normal adults were chosen to quantify autonomic systolic pressure of sphincter ani e xternus, reflex systolic pressure of anus reflex and bulbocavernosus ref lex. Results Autonomic systolic pressure of sphincter ani exter nus was 3 751 Pa±1 246 Pa, reflex systolic pressure of anus reflex 745 Pa±307 Pa, reflex systolic pressure of bulbocavernosus reflex 3 431 Pa ±1 016 Pa. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.001). No significa nt difference was found between autonomic systolic pressure of sphincter ani externus and reflex systolic pressure of bulbocavernosus reflex (P>0 .05).Conclusion The autonomic systolic pressure of sphincter ani externus is significantly different from the reflex systolic pressure of an us reflex, but not different from the reflex systolic pressure of bulbocavernos us reflex.关键词
