GSK-3β抑制剂对U251胶质瘤细胞的增殖抑制

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the inhibition of Lithium chloride on U251 glioma cell line. Methods MTT and HE stain was involved in detecting the cytotoxic effects, dose-effect related rates of Lithium chloride on Human Glioma cell line (U-251). These effects were compared with VM-26 on the above mentioned cells. Results The proliferation of U251 was obviously inhibited by Lithium chloride in a dose dependent manner. The inhibitive effect of Lithium chloride on U251 was obvious, with the IC50 138.98 mg/ml at 24 h and with the IC50 53.15 mg/ml at 48 h. Conclusion Lithium chloride can inhibit the proliferation of U251.关键词
