Effect of Nano-SiOx Refreshing Fruit Wax and Mango Special Soaking Liquid on Guifei Mango Refreshing
摘要
Abstract
Under the two storage conditions, at the normal temperature (25 ℃, relative humidity 40%) and the low temperature (13 ℃, relative humidity 80%) respectively, the treatments of CK, coating, soaking+coating were used to Guifei mango storage. Soaking+coating treatment was found the best effect to refreash mango through testing the variable characteristics about refreshing index,and the mango can keep fresh for a long time in the condition of low temperature and high humidity.关键词
