摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study whether and how microglias (BV2) affect the neurotrophic acitvity of marrow stromal cells (MSC) after being stimulated with injured PC12 media. [Methods] Primary culture was adopted for MSC culture, BV2 and PC12 were cultured as substitutes for microglias and neurons, respectively. Flow Cytometry was used to detect PC12 apoptosis, and ELISA for neurotrophic factor assay in MSC supernatant. [Results] With BV coculture, the PC12 apoptosis was reduced to the least when incubated with injured PC12 media. [Conclusion]Microglias are helpful in the neurotrophic activity of MSC stimulated with supernatant of injured neurons.
