Abstract
To study the gastrointestinal immune responses in BALB/c mice administered orally Hp sonicates and mucosal adjuvant( LT). The changes of antigen specific antibody forming cell (AFC) in gastric mucosa and Peyer， patch （PP）were detected by ELISPOT and sIgA of gut washing by ELISA. The results showed that the amounts of sIgA and IgG AFC especialy sIgA-AFC increased significantly in PP and gastric mucosa.The level of specific sIgA also increased obviously . Significant differences were observed between two immunized groups and the control. It suggested that oral immunization can effectively induce gastrointestinal mucosal immune,and that locally synthesized specific sIgA antibodies may contribute to immunity against gastric Helicobacter infection.关键词
