花鲈亲鱼人工培育与催产技术研究
Study on Artificial Cultivation and Spawning Inducement Technique of Lateolabrax japonicus
摘要
Abstract
Artificial cultivation and spawning inducement technique ofLateolabrax japonicus were studied.50 matured parent fish of 4～6 years were obtained by choosing and cultivating natural seed carefully year after year . Under the action of outer hormone HCG(700～1 500 IU/kg) and LHRH-A3(2～5μg/ kg)(male fish halved), we gained 1 560×104 eggs artificially, the average float-rate, fertilization-rate, and hatch-rate were 61%, 78%, and 85.7% resp ectively.关键词
