Abstract
Long-term subcultured calli of Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv. Newhall Navel and Citrus sinensis Osbeck cv. Valencia were used to study the somatic embryogenesis. The results show that the embryogenic callus of Newhall Navel and diploid callus of Valencia have a high frequency of somatic embryogenesis,while non-embryogenic callus of Newhall Navel and tetraploid and hexaploid calli of Valencia have a low frequency of somatic embryogenesis,when the calli are cultured in MT medium with 3% sucrose or 30 mL/L glycerol.关键词
