摘要
Abstract
In general,AFLP analysis demands high quality DNA.If apple genomic DNA was extracted by general method (SDS),it should be purified probably.In the system of apple AFLP analysis,the template density is an important factor which affects the result of selective amplification.Then more attention should be paid to primers combination and denature condition of selective amplification products before electrophoresis.关键词
