摘要
Abstract
Low frequency pulsed strong magnetic fields generator is worked by way of storing energy and then discharging energy instantaneously. It mainly consists of energy storage, transducer, controllable circuit, display and interface. It provides a pulsed magnetic field with the range of maximum intensity from 0. 1-2.5 T and the adjustable time interval of pulse from 10-3-10 s. It has been used in study of biological effects, such as stimulating motor nerve center of human brain to measure the conduction speed of peripheral nerve, observing the change of number of leukocyte in mice exposed to the magnetic field and radiating a blood sample to study the changes of hemorrheologic characteristics, and some good results were obtained. The device is easy to operate and performs reliably. It can work stably for a long time. Through further experiments and improvement to the device, we think it will be widely used in the study of the biological effects of magnetic field and in other fields.关键词
