类番茄茄茎段原生质体再生成株的研究

Abstract
A procedure for protoplast isolation, culture and plant regeneration has been developed for solanum lycopersicoides. Stem-protoplasts were diluted to 1×105/mL and cultured in HMA medium, cell colonies (20~30 cells) appeared after 10 days, micro calli (1~1.5mm) formed after 38~40 days from initially culturing. The micro calli were transferred to MC greenig medium for 2 weeks. The green calli were transferred to 15# medium for shoot inducting. The shoots which excised from the callus were transferred to test tubes with 50p medium first for root promoting about 3~4 days and then transferred to 50# rooting medium. Plants regenerated after 80~90 days after initially culturing. All the plants which potted in soil could vigorously grow and blossom.关键词
