Abstract
Glucocorticoid (GC) has been widely used in treatment of respiratory diseases due to its high effectiveness. However, severe side effects can be caused if it is administered inappropriately. This paper reviews and discusses the effects and side effects as well as the clinical applications of GC.关键词
