浓当归注射液对博莱霉素致鼠肺纤维化治疗作用的研究
The Study of Angelica Sinensis Treat Pulmonary Fibrosis after theBleomycin-inducing in Rats
摘要
Abstract
To observe the effect of angelica sinensis in treatingbleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats,SD rats,after 30 days of bleomycin intratrachea drip,were divided into 2 groups.In Angelica sinensis group,25% angelica sinensis was given intraperitoneally daily for 15 days.In control group normal saline was given intraperitoneally. Using histopathological examination,image processing computer,and hydroxyprotine exam,the results showed that angelica sinensis could obviously reduce the lung interstitial area,decrease in content of hydroxyproline (P＜0.01). So that the Angelica sinensis could slow down the process of pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin关键词
