妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌8例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation treated in our hospital from 2001 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average age of the patients was 30.5 years old.The main symptoms was breast mass.It was about two to five months from the symptoms emerge to final diagnoses according to the pathologic diagnoses.Six patients were at stage Ⅱ and two were at stage Ⅲ. All patients accepted adjuvant chemotherapy, endocrine therapy and radiotherapy after operation.Conclusion The age of onset of breast cancer during pregnancy and lactation was young.The clinical symptoms and diagnostic procedure were same with general breast cancer. The principle of therapy was the same with general breast cancer with special concerning about the fetus.关键词
