A Phosohor Coating Processing with SiO2 for Carbon Nanotube FED
摘要
Abstract
This paper deals with the phosphor used in FED, which works based on the principle of special cathodoluminescence. A processing method brought forward is that green phosphor ZnS: Cu, Al coated with a layer of SiO2 film by sol-gel method. The luminous characters in FED are studied by comparing the phosphors in different coating processing conditions such as TEOS concentration, pH scale, and the reflu-xing temperature. We proposed an optimized technology of coating SiO2 film for high quality luminous.关键词
