Abstract
Objectives: To observe the morphological changes of tumor cells apoptosis under optical microscope and transmission electronic microscope. Methods: Smear and ultrathin slice were separately performed after CD3AK cells being cocultured together with A2780 tumor cell line for 24 hours.Results:Under optical microscope,CD3AK cells accumulated around target cells, and adhere on tumor cell membrane. Karyopyknosis and cell shrinkage could be observed, cytoplasm were stained with homogeneous eosin;Under transmission electronic microscope, there were typical apoptotic features,such as:microvillus on the surface of tumor cell disappeared,chromatin accumulated under karyotheca and took the shape of demilune, apoptotic bodies formed, and cytoplasm vacuolated, etc.Conclusion: CD3AK cells can induce tumor cell apoptosis.关键词
