Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics about repetitious blood donors so as to find out the potential regularity of this population; to provide scientific evidence for the organization,education,mobilization,enlistment,retention of donors and to establish stable regular donor troops.Methods Donors who made over 4 donations from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed in Wuzhou City. Results The numbers of donors who made over 4 donations increased from 2000 to 2004 but began to decrease gradually since 2005.However,those who made over 5 donations increased annually(χ2=62.44,P＜0.005).Alongside the increasing of blood donations,the number of people who donated 200 ml of blood were decreasing while those who donated 300 ml,400 ml and component blood were increasing annually(χ2=3 790.23,P＜0.005).In the first 3 times of blood donations,vast majority of repetitious blood donors mainly made 200 ml blood. The more donations he made, the shorter the interval between 2 blood donations was (F=42.85,P＜0.01).The average interval of augmenta-tion of the amount of donations of blood varied remarkably with single-time blood amount and blood types donated(F=63.49,P＜0.01). The ratio of fixed blood donors compared with all reptitious blood donors was in positive proportion to the donations they made.Among those who made over 6 donations,there were more fixed donors. Conclusion With mastering the regularity of repetitious blood donors, we can make elaborate market division and establish a stable regular blood donor troop.关键词
