加拿大红豆杉扦插苗中的化学成分研究
Taxane Diterpenoids from the Rooted Cuttings of Taxus canadensis
摘要
Abstract
Three taxane diterpenoids were isolated from Taxus canadensis rooted cuttings. The structures were determined to be taxuspine U (1) ,taxezopidine U (2) ,and amine salt of taxuspine H (3) on the basis of 1D- and 2D NMR spectral analysis. All of them were isolated for the first time from the Canadian yew. The original assignments of H-9,H-10and C-9 ,C-10 in taxuspine H should be exchanged according to HMBC experiment.关键词
