摘要
Abstract
Autotriploid strain 43 selected from twin-seedlings 9004 population was crossed with diploid japon ic a variety zhongdan 2. Some diploid F1 plants were obtained and one stable F2 popu lation No. 942 was generated from the inbred F1 seeds next year.To prove its s ta bility,We employed the RFLP and SSR markers.The results showed that the F2 pop ul ation is uniform at molecular level.关键词
