花生种皮抗黄曲霉差异基因表达初步分析
Primary Expression Analysis of Differential Genes in Peanut Seed Capsule with Resistance to A. flavus
摘要
Abstract
There were significant different in genes expression of peanut germ plasmas seed capsule with different resistance to A. Flavus. High resistance, J-11, and high sensitive, Jinhua 1012, to A. Flavus evaluated were selected, and genechip technology was used to carry out differential anti-fungus genes expression analysis. In this experiment, 61078 probe set was used and Jinhua 1012 were taken as CK. Results showed that there were 417 differential genes expressed increased, and 650 genes expressed decreased in seed capsule of J-11. In addition, compare with Jinhua 1012, there were 4 genes expressed increased, 49 genes expressed decreased resistance to Phytophthora Sojae in seed capsule of J-11. And, there were 4 genes expressed increased, 25 genes expressed decreased resistance to Heterodera glycines in seed capsule of J-11.关键词
