可生物降解丹参药膜的体外释药研究
Studies on the Release Behavior in vitro of Biodegradable Salvia miltiorrhiza Film
摘要
Abstract
AIM:To study the release properties in vitro of Salviamiltiorrhiza film prepared with chitosan. METHODS: Determining the release kinetics of tanshinone ⅡA and cryptotanshione from the film at 37.5℃ appropriate recipient by HPLC. RESULTS: Release of tanshinone ⅡA agrees with Higuchi equation while cryptotanshinone performs a significant first burst effect in the very first day. CONCLUSION: The film can sustain the release of tanshinone ⅡA but hasn′t the same impact on cryptotanshinone.关键词
