Abstract
Objective: To investigate changes of glucocorticoid receptor(GCR)in cytoplasm and gastric mucosal potential difference following severe burn injury. Methods: The dynamic changes of glucocorticoid receptor in cytoplasm of gastric mucosal cells and gastric mucosal potential difference(PD) were studied on rats suffering from 30%TBSA third degree burn. Results: After severe burn injury on rat, the cortisol level in gastric mucosa was significantly elevated, the number and affinity of GCR in cytoplasm of gastric mucosal cells was markedly decreased,meanwhile, gastric mucosal potential difference was rapidly decreased. Conclusion: GCR plays an important role in the acute gastric mucosal damage after severe burn injury, and the reduce of GCR level may result in dysfunction of gastric mucosal barrier.关键词
