基于AHP法的四川省水资源可持续利用综合评价
Study on the AHP comprehensive evaluation of sustainable water resources utilization of Sichuan Province
摘要
Abstract
Sustainable utilization of water resources can be considered as a decisive issu e of multi-hierarchy and multi-index. In order to scientifically judge the su stainable degree of the utilization of water resources in Sichuan Province, bas ed on the theory of sustainable development, and integrated with the primary cha racteristics of the region investigated, this essay chooses the socio-economic , ecological, and water resources status, as well as the degree of the water res ources utilization to evaluate the level of sustainable water resources utilizat ion. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is applied to determine the relative we ight of each indicator, and the investigated region's relevant data is adopted t o calculate the quantitative values of them. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation index is defined to quantitatively evaluate the sustainable degree of water res ources utilization of the investigated region. According to the data from 2000～ 2006, the four aspects we chose is calculated, which remain in a relatively and commonly level of sustainable utilization. The comprehensive evaluation of susta inable water resources utilization of Sichuan province is remains in a commonly level. So series of measures should be taken to raise the degree of sustainable water resources utilization.关键词
