Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between anti-phospholipid syndrome(APS) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and serum levels of P-selectin and TNFα.Methods Lupus anti-coagulant(LAC) were detected using plasma from 41 SLE patients and 25 healthy controls by simplified dilute russell′s viper venom test(DRVVT).Serum levels of anticardiolipin-IgG,IgM(ACL-IgG,IgM) antibody,P-selectin and TNFα were studied by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results (1)LAC and(or) high titers ACL-IgG,IgM antibodies were detected in 19 patients of 41 SLE patients.(2)The levels of P-selectin was significantly higher in SLE with APS group[(21.55±6.29) ng/L]and SLE free of APS group (14.02±9.48) ng/L than that in normal group(10.58±4.10) ng/L respectively.The difference of serum P-selectin concentrations between SLE with APS group and SLE free of APS group was also significant.(3)Comparing serum TNFα concentrations between different groups,only that in SLE with APS group(30.01±13.3)pg/ml was significantly higher than that in normal group(21.60±12.78)pg/ml.(4)There was no correlation between P-selectin levels and TNFα levels within each group. Conclusion P-selectin plays more important role than TNFα in SLE patients complication with APS.关键词
