摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyzed the clinic features and prognostic factorsof advanced endometrial carcinoma.Method Analysis of the clinic and pathological features of 41 cases advanced endometrial carcinoma.Results There are 41 cases of endometrial carcinoma in which stage Ⅲ 30 cases(73.2%),stage IVb 11 cases(26.8%).In 41 cases,37 cases were operated,3 cases were radiotherapy only,one case was pregesterone treatment only.The 5-year survival rate was 35.4%.Conclusion The involvement of uterine serous,Iymphonode metastasis,multi-lesion out of uterine,and lymphovascular invasion(LVI)were the important prognostic factors of stage Ⅲ endometrial carcinoma.The recurrence of pelvic and peritoneal cavity and long distance matestasis was much more in stage IVb.关键词
