丹菟注射液对创伤性关节炎大鼠血清氧自由基的影响
Effect of Dantu injection on serous oxygen-derived free radicals in rat traumatic arthritis

Abstract
BACKGROUND: It is still a hot potato in the clinical treatment of traumatic arthritis(TA) . Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in TA treatment; however, the mechanism is still waiting for further researches.OBJECTIVE: To discuss the effects of Dantu injection on serous levels of nitric oxide(NO), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA).SETTING and PARTICIPANTS: The study was completed in the Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University Medical College. Subjects were 36 Wistar rats with half in each gender and a body mass of (250 ±49) g provided by Center for Experimental Animals, Hunan College of TCM.DESIGN: A randomized controlled study was conducted.INTERVENTIONS: A total of 36 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Dantu group, NS group and control group. Traumatic artuitis models were established in Dantu and NS groups. Animals in 3 groups were managed by subcutaneous injection of Dantu injection or NS or no management respectively. Animals were executed on the 8th week. Specimens were collected.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The serous levels of NO, SOD and MDAin rats.RESULTS: The results of serous NO, SOD and MDA levels in arthritic rats:in NS group, they were (63. 11 ± 20. 01) mmol/L, (2023 ± 321 ) nkat, and (5.19 ±0. 85) mmol/L respectively; in Dantu group, they were (48.79 ±16.89) mmol/L, (2315 ±248) nkat, and (4.02 ± 1.28) mmol/L respectively. Compared with NS group, Dantu injection could decrease serous levelsof NO(t=2.118, P <0.05) and MDA(t=2.782, P <0.05) but increase SOD(t=2.796, P <0.05).CONCLUSION: Dantu injection can activate SOD through inhibiting NOexpression to eliminate oxygen-derived free radicals and decrease lipoidperoxidation, and therefore, to protect articular cartilage and preventarthritis.关键词
