摘要

Abstract

To study the effect of Propylene Glyco Mannate Sulfate ( PGMS) onthe activity of uPA, we detected the activity of uPA in rat blood befor e and after giving PGMS to rat. The result showed that PGMS could raise the fibr inolysis activity in rat blood, which was resulted from the rise of uPA's activi ty; After giving different doses of PGMS to rat for 10 days, the uPA activity of experiment groups was higher than that of the control group and increased signi ficantly in a dose-dependant manner within the dose of 100 mg/kg, versus contro l group P<0.05. So we draw the conclusion that PGMS can induce the increase of uPA activity in rat blood and activate the fibrinolysis system.
