摘要
Abstract
By comparison of four kinds of extraction, it is found that Soxhlet extraction method has the highest efficiency. The contents of menthol, cinnamaldehyde and eugenol in the three groups of samples are quantitatively determined by GC with o-nitrophenol as an internal standard. The result shows that the amount of menthol and eugenol does not change much from one to another, but the variety of cinnamaldehyde is observed obviously. The coefficients of calibration curves are between 0.99986～0.99999. The relative standard deviations are below 3%. The average recoveries are between 98.0% and 101.9%.关键词
