G3PD的修饰蛋白对庆大霉素所致肾功能衰竭大鼠的保护作用
Treatment effects of G3PD modifier protein on acute renal failure rats caused by gentamycin
摘要
Abstract
Aim To investigate whether MP of G3PD improve the TEC impairing,and to observe the effect of G3PD modifier protein (MP) in acute renal failure(ARF) rats with gentamycin.Methods By means of the animal model of ARF induced by gentamycin,SD rats were divided into three groups,i.e.normal control group, model group and treatment with MP of G3PD group.At the 7th and 14th days,the SCr of serum,MDA and SOD of serum and renal tissue were measured and the renal histology was observed by light and electron microscopy.Results After 7 days MP treatment, the level of SCr of MP group was higher than control group(P< 0.01) but lower comparing with model group(P< 0.01),MDA in the MP group was lower and SOD was higher than that in the model group(P< 0.01).LM and EM examination showed that renal pathological change of the MP group was slighter than that of the model group.Conclusions MP of G3PD can attenuate of the oxygen free radicals impairing and leukocyte infiltration.MP can improve renal pathological change of the ARF rats and ameliorate the renal function.关键词
