摘要

Abstract

The physiological index difference of cold tolerance among three maturity type ofsoybean was studied during the course of germination by Controled low temperature stress.The results showed that two early variety's CAT enzyme activity inhibition was smaller, in-crement of soluble protein content was larger than those of the late--middle variety. Butvariation of MDA content did not coincide with variation tendency of variety maturity. Theearly maturity variety's adaptation to low temperature stress was stronger than that of late--middle maturity varieties.
