合理调配护理人员提高护理工作效率
To Activate the Source of Qualified Nursing Personnel, to Promote Nursing Work Efficiency
摘要
Abstract
At present, some hospitals are faced with problems like short of qualified nursing personnel. To counter the change of both the modern nursing model and social demand, nurse were divided into general and professional. General Nurses were allocated by the nursing office staff. According to the last 3 years' number of admission and discharging, amount of work, numbers of different nursing care grade, the authorized size of nursing staff can be calculated in each department. 60% of them were professional, and 40 % of them were as general nurses. Through the 3 years' experience, it has elevated the quality of nurses, and effectively solved the shortage of the nursing staff as well. It bas also mitigated the imbalance between hospital beds and nursing staff.关键词
