Abstract
Objective To investigate the usefulness of China Adult ConstituteStandard Guide.To compare the diagnostic significance of different nutritional parameters for malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer.Methods The actual body weight(ABW),height,and serum concentration of Alb of the patients with gastric cancer were measured.Ideal body weight IBW1 and IBW2,were respectively produced from China Adule Constitute Standard Guide and modified Broca formulas.Results No significant difference between usual body weight (UBW) and IBW1 was found.And they are significantly correlated.The detective rates of %IBW1,BMI1,BMI2,and serum Alb for diagnosis of malnutriction have highly significant difference.%IBW1,BMI1 and BMI2 are significantly correlated.Conclusion China Adult Constitute Standard Guide have applicative value.The nutritional assessment of the patients with gastric cancer should take %IBW1 as main parameters.关键词
