摘要
Abstract
Based upon the sequence of WSSV DNA fragment, two specific primersets for nested PCR were designed. We evaluated the effect of the nested PCR with detecting WSSV using templates with different dilutions from diseased shrimp gill. The sensitivity of the nested PCR was about 104 times higher than that of one step PCR. The results of screening early infected shrimps or WSSV h osts show that we provide a more effective diagnostic tool in detecting WSSV. 关键词
