IHE标准下的数字化医院集成及实现机制研究
Study and implementation of integration for HIS based on IHE
摘要
Abstract
Nowadays the development of healthcare information system(HIS) in China has stepped into the integration phase. Based on actual situation of hospital information systems,this paper proposos a framework for the current digital hospital systems integration.This framework derives from the hosptital IHE integration standard and method.Therefore it is a subset of IHE and we model it in detail.Furthermore the data center,integration platform and the application implementation mechanism under this framework are studied.The reference information model of RIM from HL7 V3 development framework is adopted to model and in-tegrate the corresponding roles in hospital.Finally,the functions of integrated doctor workstation based on No.1 military medical HIS project is implemented.关键词
