肺缺血再灌注中内皮细胞功能的研究

Abstract
Objective To study the function of circulating endothelium in lung with ischemia reperfusion.Methods The rabbit's pulmonary models of ischemia reperfusion (I-R) injury were established. 14 rabbits were randomized into sham treated control and I-R (n=7) groups. Blood specimens were collected in different testing periods in control and I-R groups to detect the concentrations of plasma NO and ET-1 and arterial oxygen tension. Wet and dry weight were calculated. Results Compared with those in sham treated control groups, the plasma concentrations of NO and ET-1 in I-R animals were increased significantly. The relationship analysis showed that the concentrations of ET-1 had significantly negative relation with that of PaO２ and positive relation with the value of the wet: dry weight ratios. Conclusion In the I-R group, the function of circulation endothelium had been damaged which may be related to hypoxia and pulmonary edema.关键词
